I visited the store on two occasions meeting both staff members and the manager. Excellent customer service and technical knowledge with great attention to the details of my multiple purchase. No rush, or pushy sales techniques on show. Easy to understand processes and paperwork.

I went to many bed shops with staff not knowing to much about the product. When my sister and I went to Bensons for Beds, Syed in Charlton was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he couldn't do enough for us and spent ages explaining how they are made and what bases go with what bed.
This gave me total confidence and we purchased a King size bed.
I highly recommend visiting Syed before you make any decisions plus the beds looked of better quality than most other shops.

The store was clean and well lit, easy to find wardrobes and not cluttered. The staff member was informative and not pushy.

Shop assistant was really helpful and informative. Didn’t get hassled when I first went in the shop which was good gave me time to wander around.

Syed was excellent, he went over and above to assist us with the purchase of a new mattress and pillows. Superb customer service - he talked us through several different options, calling on good knowledge and he had a nice and relaxed manner with us. It was a pleasant transaction overall.

Good selection of beds and the sales informative. No pressure in purchasing that we chose eventually. All in all good experience.

Fantastic service received from Amma at Charlton Stonelake Retail Park. Took time to show and explain to us all the various mattress and bed options and worked out the best deal for us. Amma was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and is a great asset for Benson Beds.

Michael was great, he read the room and allowed us time to be approached. We had seen a mattress online that we were interested in but Michael let us know we could get the same mattress but a more premium product for the same price as it was on offer. Michael talked me through the after care of the mattress and was super flexible in asking just for a deposit and that we can change dates if needed as it’s for a new home. Would recommend as super honest and not pushy!
