The Chester team at Bensons are amazing
The manager and staff at Bensons in chester have been amazing with our order, our delivery and other issues we personally had through not being able to have our Hypnos Earth mattress delivered for quite a few months. Now it’s here we’ve had the best sleep and even though it’s more costly it’s worth every penny. Thanks to everyone there as it’s the 2nd quality mattress we’ve bought and the service during and after with the team for our latest one was simply a fantastic experience. Fantastic Store Manager at Chester
Dave, the Store Manager at Chester, was very helpful. He clearly wanted to understand our needs in order to recommend mattresses that would suit us best. We tried the profile bed first which is a good piece of tech. We had plenty of time to try out various mattresses, and did not feel rushed. I nearly fell asleep whilst trying the mattress we decided to buy!

Dan from the Chester branch helped us massively. He wasn’t too pushy and gave us all the information we needed to purchase. Set delivery for the day after we moved in to make sure it was all okay. Sent emails in the build up and a phone call to say they were going to be an hour away. Came, asked which room, dropped off and off in 10 minutes.
