Barry was the sales assistant working when we placed our order.
He was helpful, informative and non pushy.
Made the whole process swift and painless without giving the pushy salesman edge that other competitors have tried.
We came in looking for a mattress. Left with a new bed frame as well.

Choosing a new mattress. We were looked after by Christine who…
We were looked after by Christine who showed us a number of different options based on our requirements. We were able to try out the different mattresses with a pillow as many times as we wanted. We then looked elsewhere and returned two days later to make a final decision. We were able to take our time, without being pressured, again being looked after by Christine, which saved us from repeating ourselves.

Served in the Chester store. Had 0 issues, was very helpful. Delivery on the agreed date. The bed was put together quickly.
Just be sure to shop around, as they are on the pricey side.

None Pushy Sales
Salesman Kirkpatrick was knowledgable and answered questions with ease. He was not pushy which we liked. We were not jumped on when walking through the store again which we liked if we were we would have left. He was informative and pleasant
Bed was 50% off very happy we will now see if delivery and longevity of purchase is as good as the salesman projects.

The Chester team at Bensons are amazing
The manager and staff at Bensons in chester have been amazing with our order, our delivery and other issues we personally had through not being able to have our Hypnos Earth mattress delivered for quite a few months. Now it’s here we’ve had the best sleep and even though it’s more costly it’s worth every penny. Thanks to everyone there as it’s the 2nd quality mattress we’ve bought and the service during and after with the team for our latest one was simply a fantastic experience.
