Hi. Highly recommend Bensons for Beds. I bought bed frame, headrest, tempur mattress and pillows last August and they was hold it for me till February this year with no problems and waited patiently till we move in and sort everything out first. Also get some great discount which is positive as well. Thanks

Love the new bed
Love the new bed. In store sales very good but did not communicate that old bed would need disassembling prior to collection. Delivery man quite rude stating he would not be taking my old bed away as he didn’t have room on the van. (The delivery/removal was a like for like product). I had paid for this service at time of ordering and the manner in which I was dismissed with the comment ‘you’ll just get a refund’ was quite rude. The second delivery man was more amenable and sorted the collection but the whole delivery experience was very uncomfortable.

Great service
Great service, explaining the different levels of firmness on the beds. The test to see which suited us best really helped to inform our decision on which mattress to buy. After nearly falling asleep a couple of times we picked a bed and mattress that suited our needs. Superb service.

The lady in the shop at Chester Sealand…
The lady in the shop at Chester Sealand road was so helpful and really listened to what we were looking for - there was no oversell or trying to get us to buy the most expensive as she wanted us to make sure we had the right bed and mattress for us. The bed delivery and assembly was flawless and we are so happy with our new bed and know it is going to last a long time.

Honesty and understanding of products
Went to bensons in Greyhound Park, Chester as we had decided to purchase a tv bed thingy.
The rep, David Kirkpatrick was brilliant, no sales pressure and was very helpful when we were asking questions about different mattresses.
We bonded over similar bicep injuries.
