Mo was absolutely amazing
Mo was absolutely amazing. He was so honest and knowledgeable about the beds. We went into the store not expecting to buy anything.. But left having ordered the most premium tempur pro plus mattress because of his excellent customer service. Received the matress today.. Really happy! Delivery was really professional too. Best customer service
Was looking for a good ottoman bed and have been so many stores. And honestly even if the other stores have good bed I would still buy from here because the customer service we had from Mo was absolutely amazing. He was the manager there, he explained to us about everything we wanted to ask and helped us with our search. Had good knowledge and was not after just making a sale.

On buying this wardrobe we were not made aware that this particular one comes in sizes it was after the installation I got to know this cos I was on holiday when it was installed & my wife told me that the installation was great unfortunately it didn’t fill the space up if we had known we could have gone for a bigger one & paid for the difference

Friendly, efficient and understanding

Thanks to your store assistant Krishnas that made the experience great! We tried different mattresses and selected one recommended by Krishnas. He added additional warranty for free and included mattress cover and cleaning products. Great experience!

Jaz the sales agent was the star of this show!
Jaz was a fantastic sells assistant, he spent a lot of time with us going through all of different types mattresses options, beds and wardrobes for our new house. He was very patient and helpful,recommended many options to us before selecting, gave us space to shop around.

My experience was very positive. Shop assistant was very helpful. I was able to find what I was looking for and both gentlemen's in the shop helped me with applying for the financing on my purchase. We had a nice conversation at the end.
