A super saleswoman, Claire, was very helpful.
I told her my budget and what I wanted and she showed me the options, which were many.

I bought a new mattress from Bensons for Beds in Crewe today. Excellent friendly staff - Claire in my case - and I also benfitted from £50 off the price of what I purchased.

Our sales person John was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress for both our sleeping positions. After visiting a few different bed shops with pushy sales staff we returned to b4b as it was very good quality and reasonably priced. The 8 year guarantee helped seal the deal and they even have a mattress recycling service for our old one.

We had a great experience buying a new bed at the crewe depot on the reta park. A lovely lady who worked there was so friendly and extremely helpful. She not only helped us buy the correct mattress that was best suited to us but also the frame of the bed. She was wonderful. Great experience from the crewe store with John. Very knowledgeable on product we wanted and made sale smooth. Also the store was very accommodating of our children who wanted to test all the beds 😆

Ordered two beds.

First delivery was cancelled 5 times. Sometimes this was done with no notice at all despite taking the day off work.
Couldn’t get hold of any one in customer services despite sending emails and calling.

Had to pay £50 cash to a delivery driver despite paying for delivery already. Was told by the branch I would get it back…… never did.

Second bed took from September to end of December to be delivered. It arrived in ripped plastic, which meant the mattress was covered in dirt.

It’s the second time I’ve used Bensons, it will be my last.

Claire has been amazing, she went out of her way to get us a great deal.

When we entered the store after a few minutes We were approached by a member of staff to ask if we needed help but the lady didn’t pester us she left us to look around first. When we needed help she was knowledgable and helpful but no pressure was put on us at all. The other staff were friendly too. The whole experience was positive, the staff were unobtrusive but there when needed.

We bought a discount sofa bed from the retail park shop in Crewe. The salesman Dave is wonderful. He offered us flexibility so that we paid first and got the item after our new house is ready. On the day we collected the sofa bed, he even went so far as to help us disassemble part of the furniture so that it can fit into the back of my small vehicle. We are very grateful for his excellent service indeed.
