We went in knowing what we wanted, having looked on the website beforehand. We were shown the item, a bed settee, and how it worked. Staff friendly and efficient.

Update as of 13.05.23: I unfortunately didn't suit the mattress that I purchased in store, so I called the customer service department to see what could be done. They told me that I had a 40 night sleep guarantee, so could exchange it for a low fee. I have been into store today and changed it for another mattress. Outstanding customer service at the Crewe brach! Thank you.

Staff were not at all pushy but were ready available when you required them. Extremely knowledgeable very genuine made you feel in control which made the shopping experience very pleasant indeed. We would highly recommend the Crewe store.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Dave, a part of the team, was very informative. I asked him a lot of questions about the furniture I wanted to buy. He was very patient and understanding of my budget and needs. I was purchasing a wardrobe for my son and because Dave was so welcoming and helpful I'm returning today to by myself a new wardrobe.

We came into the Crewe store quite late to have a browse at mattresses, the lovely man who served us, he was the only one in the shop at the time, (sorry i can't remember his name but i hope he gets this feedback!) helped us find the right bed. Very bubbly and happy to help us. Excellent customer service, especially with it being so late in the day on a Saturday. Ended up with a mattress and mattress cover to take home then and there! :) Thank you!
