Extremely friendly
Extremely friendly, didn't badger me with questions. I was left to browse for a minute or two then asked if I wanted help or advice. Shane at the Cwmbrân store was extremely patient with me and answered every question I had. I will highly recommend Bensons for Beds Cwmbrân!!!

Day prior to delivery, they have now cancelled the delivery, stating that item was out of stock? Yet when booked, via phone the stock was checked as well as delivery of stock was confirmed.

Great customer service from Cwmbran…
Great customer service from Cwmbran team , and very good salesmen(them :)) I was adamant i did not want a TV bed on entering the store ! we left with a TV bed being delivered 2 weeks later !!!! honestly best decision ever . The guys were friendly and even when they made a mistake with upselling a mattress and costs they honoured the discount on the bed instead , cant fault it . Delivery drivers were fantastic too , then knocked my ring doorbell plug and broke it , the guy offered to pay for it then and there , i declined as i should have removed this before delivery of such a heavy bulky item . from start to finish brilliant customer service .

Could not fault it
Just bought a new house and needed to buy a bed. Myself and my partner were pretty set on purchasing one from an online store due to the price (was very cheap) but we said we would come up to Bensons in Cwmbran for a quick look before making any decisions. Walked in and was greeted by Shane - there were no pressure tactics or anything just a warm welcome and asked if we had any questions. We walked around and spent around 15 minutes on the first floor looking at the beds and mattresses - found one we liked but was unsure on the firmness of the mattress. Shane took us around all the same mattresses but of the different firmness until we got the one we wanted. Again, no pressure tactics just answered all my questions. We sat down went through all the costs and the current offers on - talked me through the bed guard package - which when it was put in perspective was actually a really good offer. Shane printed off a quote and gave me all the dimensions. I went away measured it all up and then drove back up and made the purchase. He arranged a delivery date that suited me and we both were very happy with the purchase and in the end it only cost a few hundred more than the one we saw online but this time we could be sure of the quality. 10/10 would go straight to Bensons for a bed next time as opposed to looking at these cheap online stores.
