Brilliant service
Brilliant service, I went to the shop to test mattresses before buying I got Brilliant service but ended up buying online instead of in store. Nothing to do with store just I wanted time to think first before buying.

Bought a mattress from Bensons and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from them.
From first entering the store and being shown around various mattresss I was given excellent advice
Kept up to date with delivery date and times with regular emails and message

Suzanne was very helpful
Suzanne was very helpful. She wasn’t pushy, she was understanding of my situation and needs. She made recommendations but gave us time to think about our decision. My only critique is the delivery timeframe. 4 weeks and we can’t get delivery quicker. Would definitely recommended Bensons for Beds at Dalton Park.
