We visited the Bensons for Beds store in Dartford today. We were looking for a headboard and a new mattress. Karen was particularly helpful in respect of choosing a new mattress. Nothing was too much trouble and she was friendly and polite. She assessed my needs and then showed me a variety of mattresses to try. I was not pressured into a quick decision but given time to make an informed choice. Very impressed with the service. Would not hesitate to recommend.
