Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague, all nice and welcoming in store until you have problems with your order. ordered on 4th November still no show, supposed to arrive 5th Feb now pushed back to 17th Feb. Promised phone calls back and guess what, no phone calls back. Spoke to customer services on the website and they can't give you a container number to track the order and apparently despite them emailing you to pay the balance 5 days prior to go ahead with the delivery they don't stick to that- Apparently until you pay in full they don't proceed with the next steps of your order. First time using bensons and certainly my last. Full of false promises and customer service is appalling.

The Salesman was excellent
The Salesman was excellent, explained the differences in al of the beds and matresses we were looking at, there was also lots of choice, this enabled us to make an informed decision that we were vary happy with.
