The lady was exceptionally attentive and obliging.

My friend and I visited the store at the Yorkshire Outlet. Phill and Paula were great, nothing was too much trouble. My friend was looking for a soft mattress, they had one but it wasn’t on a bed base, they put the mattress on a bed base for her to try, which was great. She was delighted and bought the mattress. They put her in touch with someone who could deliver it for her. With in 4 hours of buying it, the mattress was in her home ready for a good night’s sleep. Both Paula and Phill were knowledgeable, friendly, supportive and helpful. Overall a brilliant experience

Dont sell damaged mattresses.hidden by tape over the plastic cover.ill not bye from these guys again it was discounted but they never mentiond it had a big bend in the side realy disapointed i had it a few weeks before i opend the plastic and saw it .to late to go back to the shop plus had disposed of old one so had to use it . Guess i should have known better.the staff were realy good though .i should have complained but have been quite ill so just hadnt the energy .

A salesperson who actually listened to what we wanted to buy and was appropriately selective in what she showed us. She listens to our needs re delivery and was able to work to our schedule.

Popped in to have a look around wasn't intending to buy, but had one that I had been thinking of getting. The bed was on a special offer so decided to purchase it....went smoothly was delivered in a couple of days.
