Guys in the shop friendly and helpful

After looking around the store we decided we really liked the Lorenz range of bedroom furniture, we decided on the triple sliding door wardrobe a 6, 4 and three drawer sets of drawers, which we are delighted with, I found the store well laid out, the staff were helpful and friendly, they explained the delivery would take up to 12 weeks, for a reasonable price the person/persons who deliver the furniture can also build it for you, I personally was delighted with that and was well worth the little extra it cost for that service, a couple of months later we decided that we probably should have got the interior package with the drawers and shelving, it wasn’t a problem, I’m glad we went in to ask, still I’m so happy with it, it’s well made, sturdy and looks awesome.

Very helpful salesman, Iain. Knowledgeable, able to answer questions and explain differences in types of
Mattress construction. No pressure of time, or to buy a certain make. Left us alone to try each bed and compare different types of mattress.

Having a very informed shop assistant to answer my many questions made such in difference in helping me choose which bed to have. I have spoken to Angus several times and have found him wise and very knowledgeable. I am buying more bedroom furniture this week and have every confidence that Angus will continue to advise me well.

The buying of beds and mattresses was a long time ago experience for us, and with so much choice, you sometimes don't know where to start.
The support and guidance that we received was fantastic. We were able to buy just what we wanted, without the headache of it all.
The store was brilliant with us, even when we had to change the delivery date a couple of times. It wasn't any bother at all.
The day of delivery, the team where brilliant, they delivered everything to the right rooms. Nothing was a bother for them. They were so quick as well. Really nice gentlemen.

Was greeted when I went in the shop was asked if I needed any help l said was just in for a look because I knew ruffly what bed's I was in to look at found them very easily was have a good look round the ones I was interested in was asked if I would like refreshments tea coffee.l had some questions about the ones I was looking at and all questions answered straight away without having to think about it so my mind was made up I was buying the one I decided on man had a trainee with him show him the ropes and he even put the sail through for him so was a great experience

Our advisor, Angus wax great. He was very clear on all of the features of the bed that we were looking at and was able to explain all of the deals and services available to us. There was no pressure and we dud not feel rushed in making our purchase. A fantastic experience all round.

After entering the property, we had some time to look around before someone approached us. Iain helped us with the matras selections first on the tool to feel different settings before showing different real options. Explaining the differences and what to expect he showed us to view and review different mattresses leaving us in peace before returning.
The same with the brand, after listening to what we where looking for her recommended several, to give us the best combination. At the end showing the difference between 2 options in price, there was no pressure to take one of the other.

No hard sell. Listened to what we wanted. Knowledgeable about our questions. Good job done. Many thanks
