James in the East Kilbride store was amazing. Fantastic retail experience and product knowledge. We got a bespoke recommendation based on our needs and sensible advice about the many differences in bed and mattresses to ensure we weren't overwhelmed. My son is delighted with his bed. The delivery men were no nonsense and communication before and during delivery was exceptional.

After visiting the store at East Kilbride we were approached by Stewart, no pressure, just wanted to guide us to the right section, offered us a little detail as we were looking for a Small Double but tried to allow us time to view products on our own. We made our decision and then for our ease and our lack of time I completed the purchase online, but the review should go to Stewart and the EK store.

Bought a new mattress at East Kilbride store . James was very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery was one week later , delivery men good , we had arranged for them to take old mattress away, nothing any bother. Would recommend Bensons, pleased with our purchase.

Great service from start to finish
The Staff were very helpful and pleasant and as soon as we f left the store we had an email with all the information and delivery date etc and the person who delivered our bed phnd first to say he was on his way and he was nice too very pleased from start to finish and love our new Bed.

James one for he store staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. He took his time to find out what we prefer and guided us to the relevant products that covered our options.
