Jenny was fantastic! There was no rush. I tried all the beds she advised after I gave a description of what I needed and also used the bed pressure computer to ensure she was offering the correct products for my needs. She was polite, friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. James and Jenny were both so helpful when choosing my new mattress. I was kept well informed about delivery from ordering to delivery yesterday. The delivery team were great and the mattress is perfect. Would definitely recommend Bensons.
