The staff were amazing
The staff were amazing. So friendly and informative. I felt very supported and heard dur8ng the exchange. The bed is super comfortable. I'll be back for one of the top of the range one next time. I would highly recommend this store.

The assistant Stuart was very helpful, knowledgeable and funny. Helped us to get the products we wanted, that weren’t on the showroom floor, and got our delivery date sorted too.

I first spoke to James around 6weeks prior to purchase. His knowledge was excellent and he was really relaxed in his approach( no pushy sales stuff). I narrowed down two mattresses and when I went in second time around it was easy and very straightforward to get my order placed and processed. First class service I would highly recommend

At first we were just in to have a browse but James was so incredibly knowledgeable, especially after only working there for a short period of time, he answered all of our questions and helped us pick the perfect bed frame and mattress. James at the East Kilbride/King's Gate store was so knowledgeable, easy to get along with, helpful, attentive and an all-around excellent representative (plus, allowed us ample time to talk amongst ourselves and browse the available options, so perfect balance of great customer service vs. giving us space to just look). Funny and a really nice guy too :)
Stuart was also a massive help, and ensured the process was as easy as possible, whilst meeting our needs and being friendly and thorough.
The ordering process was easily customisable and took into account our individual circumstances (short notice delivery of 1 week was excellent, based on the options they presented us with that would fit into the preferrable timescale) and the delivery and assembly went off without a hitch.
No negative notes, guys; keep doing what you're doing.
