James knows his stuff
James was very knowledgeable about all types and makes of beds. This was, almost, a spur of the moment drop in to find out what we need (and prices). He didn't rush us and gave us plenty space where we needed it after testing lots of beds to discuss the styles. We didn't purchase one this visit but we are sure we will be back.

Having never used Bensons previously, I was super impressed with your salesman James in your East Kilbride branch. Apart from being friendly, he was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. He was not your typical pushy salesman but wanted to sell to us what was best suited to our needs. From start to finish brilliant finish, James the salesperson from picking the right bed then getting it delivered quickly then the delivery guys on time. The bed its self was easy to build.

Brilliant Customer Service
We spoke with Stuart who couldn't have been more accommodating to us. He explained everything in detail and advised us with his own experiences of the mattress we were looking at. I have to apologise though as we turned up at 19:30 and we left 10 mins after closing.

Disappointed
Sales lady in the EK shop in Glasgow was brilliant. No problem finding bed I liked and ordered. Bed arrived on time. I was told how to care for my new mattress which I did to the letter as it was £800. You get about 3-4 months to report any issues, I had an issue but lost my paperwork. Anyway, Bensons emailed me to ask how things were. Told them about my issue (sagging mattress). They then asked me to provide evidence which I did in 8 pictures and measurement.
Long story short… they blamed my base which was ridiculous and the fact that the mattress was 7 months old.
I wouldn’t recommend buying a mattress on my experience.

The sales guy knew his job very well . Explained everything to us , what we thought we knew and wanted and what what we actually knew and wanted where two different things . I’m terrible with names , and feel terrible saying the sales guy . However , he knew his job inside out ! Very pleased with the outcome one . Thank him from us both !
