A Better Experience
I was able to wander around a vast number of beds and mattresses on display at my leisure - with a sales advisor, at a comfortable distance, to answer any questions I might have. This led to my feeling that I had spent sufficient time in making a considered choice of a suitable bed base and mattress. A far better experience than making a "blind" online purchase.

Assistant very pleasant and helpful
Assistant very pleasant and helpful - took into account my medical issues when selecting a new mattress and gave useful advice. I'd taken along details of my old mattress, spring content etc and was matched with similar grade/standard products. I was uncertain at going along on a Saturday, but the store wasn't over-crowded. I didn't feel pushed into any decisions.
