Easy shopping experience
Not hassled when we went into store allowed to browse without pressure.
When we asked for some help the sales person was very helpful.
We found the bed set we wanted at a good price . Delivery time was good easy to arrange . Just an easy shopping experience . Thank you would use again .

Friendly and informative service.

All mattresses tried!
We were able to test every (and I mean EVERY) bed with no hassle from sales personnel.
One of the staff introduced themselves and said they were happy to answer any questions we may have, but we weren't followed around, or continually asked how we were getting on.
When we did have a question it was answered without a sales pitch as to why we should buy the more expensive of our short listed mattresses.
We left the shop after about an hour for a cuppa to mull over our pros and cons for each mattress we had narrowed our choice down to, and when we went back (which showed our intent to buy) we were still left to make our own choice.
When we made our decision the sales person went through everything thoroughly.
We're now looking forward to the arrival of our new Tempur mattress ( with free pillows!)

Great - including cancelling an order
Easy onkine ordering process. Local store to go and try need if needed - which we did after ordering and changed our minds..... Easy to cancel and change order, very helpful lady assisted on the phone. Delivery was on time and professional friendly guys. Couldn't be happier with them or the bed good price too.
