Service was great from start to finish
Service was great from start to finish. The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful. The delivery service team were quick and thoughtful, as I had just put my baby down for a nap when they arrived and they managed to change over the beds very quietly. It was very much appreciated!!!

Kept up to date with order details. Telephone call on morning of delivery with 1 hour guideline as to delivery time.
The 2 delivery guys were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. First time I have used Bensons for Beds , Would use again.

Very helpful Sales Assistant in store. Choice of delivery dates very good. Kept me well informed about my order. The guys that delivered the new mattress and uplifted the old one were careful and respectful of my property, arrived on time and made the job look effortless.

'Five stars all the way'.
From start to finish the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and informative. We ordered our mattress from the Straiton branch, and Stephen was an excellent salesman. We were regulary kept informed regarding the delivery date and time slot. We cannot fault the service received and would definitely recommend Bensons for beds.
