Rashid and Mark were so welcoming and delivered excellent customer service patiently supporting me right from my initial telephone enquiry to visiting the Enfield store with my husband. We found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and having recently lost my mum, they made my job looking for a bed and mattress for my dad's spare room so much smoother, which I was very grateful for. I would highly recommend this shop, as in my experience, their quality and service received outweighed the competition next door!

The whole experience was excellent. I walked in and asked for a single mattress. The staff checked stock and I was able to walk away with my item.

I was approached when I entered the store and welcomed by Rushid. He let my know that if I needed any help that he was happy to help. He allowed me to browse the store without pressure and was on had to help when I had picked my mattress. Rushed was very knowledgeable and and friendly. Great customer service.

A really good experience at the shop. With my wife’s recent back pain we were looking for a mattress to help her with the sleep and release some of the pain. Once in the shop we have been placed on a bed that took our measurements ( never seen this before) and recommended what type of mattress would be appropriate for us. Once we tried 3 of them it was no turning back. We bought one. I think that will be a game changer for our sleep and rest time. Mark was really understanding and patient person and helped us make the choice and offer guidance all the way. Thx Mark

The shop salesman was very polite, didnt pounce on us as soon as we walked in the door, he was knowledgeable and when ever we tried out a bed he would walk away and give us time. Everything went smoothly and I got exactly what I wanted.

Welcoming and helpful staff, they gave us useful recommendations; the delivery was made on time.

Not happy as requested for my old mattress to be taken away by Bensons, when purchasing a new one in store. But omitted from Delivery Note and now I have to get rid of it at additional cost. I called the store and the manager didn't care about the situation and didn't even offer me an alternative - terrible customer service, which I would have paid for, The delivery men, Andy & James, were brilliant, they even took my old mattress downstairs from the landing where I left it to save them time. Thank you Andy and James. This left a sower taste after an additional great service in the store. Maybe customer service changes once they get the sale and money.

Mark at Enfield was very helpful in advising which bedframe was suitable for the mattress I had and he also mentioned about the central bed legs when installing to make sure they sit just above the floor which I never knew I thought they needed to sit flush. When the bed arrived the delivery guys had no issues in taking them straight up to the room I was setting it uo in. One tiny niggle the frame did have a couple of chips in them but not enough to warrant a return. Love the bed frame.

Great sales guy and excellent delivery guys done all the work and reported the faulty drawer. Took all the packaging.

From buying the mattress at the Enfield branch, to the delivery drivers, I had no complaints. Everyone was funny, polite and well mannered. This is my 3rd mattress from Benson's, but by far my most favourite experiences. The mattress has been a God send and my sleep has been better in my last stages of pregnancy. It has also helped with my hip pain. The delivery time was faster than I expected and I think this is my favourite mattress out of all 3. Thank you Bensons.
