Great instore service followed by quick and efficient delivery. Got a courtesy call the day before to confirm delivery and then they called 30mins before arrival on the day. They Came on time and were very polite and efficient. Made the bed quickly and were gone within an hour. Cleaned up after themselves. Can’t complain, excellent service.

We were introduced to Rushid who guided us to several different mattresses he was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and narrowed it down 3 mattresses he said to spend as much time as you need and said he would give us space to try them all out. There was no “ hard sell” and no pressure we were given a quote, again he said go home have a think about it, after the weekend Mark called to see if we wanted to secure the quote and I went to store and Mark carried on with our purchase as Rushid was called to another branch . Everything went smoothly both salesmen were great and the delivery guys did a great job too 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction too.

Excellent in store service. Very happy also with the quality of the bed. The two man team that delivered and constructed the bed were also very good. Only negative was around organising the delivery date. An automated SMS text messages indicated a different delivery date to that which came via email and therefore created some confusion and stress - The manager at the store intervened and was efficient in resolving and clarifying the delivery date

Rashid was Very helpful and polite. My bed was able to be held as I had to see how I was going to get rid of my old mattress. Happy with my new mattress .
