We ordered a new bed from the team last year and found the whole service to be helpful, informative and really well organised.

Although this time we only wanted 2 more pillows, the manager remembered us and the service again was impeccable.

1 star — Awful experience, still no usable bed after 3 months

I ordered a bed from Benson for Beds on 30th December, and it wasn’t delivered until 20th March — nearly three months later. When it finally arrived, the screws were missing, so I couldn’t even put the bed together.

I was told the screws would be sent out, but I had to wait another two weeks for them to arrive. When the team came to fix the bed, it turned out another part was missing. Now I’ve been told I’ll have to wait another two weeks again.

As it stands, I’ve had no usable bed for over a month, and the entire process has been a complete mess. I’ve had to chase constantly, and I’ve received no apology or effort to put things right.

Totally unacceptable service — I expected far better. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I was properly advised and helpe me selecting the best product and also I was valued as an important customer.

The delivery team was excellent. I was notified several days prior to delivery & the day of delivery. The team kept in touch all the way & delivered at the specified time.
They were courteous, took care of the premises, friendly & delivered to the correct room. Many thanks to Bensons team

The sales person who attended to me was so helpful. He helped show me stocks that met my need and reserved them for me. I attended the following day and he helped me finalise and arranged instant delivery for me

We bought a bed and mattress from Benson’s in 2016. Then a bed and mattress for our daughter in 2022. This time we were looking to replace the mattress for our bed. Rushid remembered us and was very helpful in choosing the Mattress according to our needs. He is an expert in what he does. So helpful and great customer support. We would definitely recommend Benson’s For Beds in Enfield to anyone because of the great customer support and care we received.

I hope you never lose Mark at Enfield Bensons for Beds! He manages such a great store there. Mark is so knowledgable, helpful and charming to deal with. Under the Consumer Rights Act the mattress is not as described. Mattress purchase in September 2024. I specifically explained to the sales person that I was looking for the firmest mattress in store for my frail 86 year old mother.
At no point during the point of sale did the salesperson inform me of the need to rotate the bed once a week for two months. I would not have purchased the bed had I known. I do not have full mobility in my right shoulder following surgery in March 2024 and my frail mother doesn't have the strength to rotate it either. We're now stuck with the goods.
