Jo was very thorough in the Exeter store, gave us great advice and ensured we bought what we needed.

We were looking to replace our mattress for the first time since moving out of parents. John the customer assistant came over and ask us basic questions to get a vibe of what we needed (Mattress + base and budget and our other comforts). He gave some suggestions and really proved he was listening as they were perfect. His sales approach was excellent: you can tell he is knowledgeable and knows the product because he was able list pros/cons and guide us to the products which best suited us without the confusing jargon. He left us to have a wider browse which ultimately led to our purchase as we didn't feel pressured to buy something. Even after I said we were going to come back to buy, he still showed us care and didn't rush us out. He came back over once we were done browsing and guided us through the payment options for instalments and extra packages making sure not to pressure when something wasn't necessary. He was very knowledgeable and knew which mattress' to recommend.

The staff in the store where we made our purchase were outstanding in every way, the customer service was all you could wish for, and a suitable deal was reached in consideration of the sum of money involved. When it came to the delivery Paul and Ryan were equally amazing, a phone call 20 minutes out to warn of their impending arrival and then when they arrived, cheerful, chatty, courteous, swift and efficient. This whole process has been as good as you could have asked for.

I came in to the Exeter store this afternoon with my dad to find a new mattress and bed frame for him. He is having to move house unexpectedly to be closer to family due to a severe illness. The moving process so far has been stressful, but our experience today in store was incredible. My dad said he never knew choosing a bed could be fun. Steve helped us and did an amazing job, showing us every option that was suitable and offered us everything we would need. Big selection in store and vert helpful staff with no pushy selling. Clear pricing and good communication throughout from store to door. Delivery staff very polite and punctual. We opted for the assembly service and the guys who delivered were very good and took away all packaging.

I recently purchased a mattress from this company, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the ordering process (a big thank you for Steve from Exeter branch, very knowledgeable and helpful)to delivery guys(John and Mark) everything was smooth, professional, and hassle-free.
The mattress itself is incredibly comfortable and provides excellent support. I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality since using it, and I wake up feeling much more rested.

The staff at the Marsh Barton, Exeter store were all friendly and helpful, especially John, who was most understanding, helpful and patient during our mattress selection, purchase, etc.
We were kept up to date, by e-mails, with the progress of our order, and the expected delivery date.
The delivery team contacted us, by phone, fifty minutes before arrival, and we're most careful and considerate throughout the delivery process, even removing their shoes before entering our home, as it had been raining.
