We were allowed to make our decisions without being pressed or crowded by the sales person. When we wanted some advice we aked and it was given in a profesional,courteous and knowledgable way.

Just arrived is our new bed from Bensons for Beds. John in the Exeter store could not have been more helpful. He gave us excellent advice on the right mattress and advised us on different headboards too. Delivery was easy and we were well informed of our timeslot. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend.

Shop wise all fine. Delivery was terrible. Marked my brand new walls and ceiling. 56kg box being carried by 1 man is too much and then it rolls down my steps into my front garden! Then I got offered a poor compensation offer.

The salesman was courteous, helpful and well informed. E.mails kept me informed at every stage and the bed was delivered on time (having been phoned 30 mins beforehand) by two happy, helpful young people who even took their shoes off, without being asked, to enter the bedroom. Nothing could have been improved upon.

Easy straightforward experience with no issues

The guy that sold us the bed was very knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us what we didn't want...it was a positive experience.
The men who delivered my mattress were very pleasant and efficient.

We are delighted with a Wieman Sicily Wardrobe. The quality is exceptional and the help and advice in store was excellent. The delivery and fitting were also excellent and the arrival date was a month sooner than expected. Great service all round, thank you.

Great choice, great service

From picking and ordering 2 mattresses to having them delivered was excellent customer service, I can’t fault them whatsoever. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, they know exactly what they’re doing, including the delivery drivers, they had them up the stairs and on the beds in no time and explained to let them air once all packaging was removed.
Excellent service and would highly recommend. 10/10

The lady who served me didn’t sound like a cheap rehearsed radio add, I wasn't confronted with the usual cringe sales pitch or followed around the shop as if I was about to steal a mattress! Instead she came over, said hello, asked if I needed any advise and then left us to it, she was down to earth and not pushy at all, did her best on the price for me and made the sale. Good job 👏

Excellent experience from shop to delivery. Salesman was friendly and helpful without putting any pressure on us. Mattress was delivered on time in perfect condition by two very friendly people, who were courteous and efficient. Could not have wished for better service. (And we've had our first night's sleep on it too!)

The experience in the showroom was first class - friendly and welcoming staff who were not pushy but offered help /information when we needed it.We walked around, trying out different mattresses and went home to do further research. We returned the next day and were remembered (nice) and placed our order without difficulty. We were given a speedy delivery date (less than a week later) and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service.
Delivery took place exactly as promised and was without any problems.
