The member of staff who helped me figure out what type of bed and mattress I was after was excellent - great knowledge, patience and full of valuable advice. I felt in safe hands and that my needs were understood. There was no hurry and I could ask as many questions as I needed. Extremely approachable staff who were enjoyable to talk with and learn from. The showroom has a calm, welcoming vibe :)

Exeter Retail Park - Excellent
I didn't even go in to the store to purchase anything but to accompany my sister for her choice. The service was great, the young lady was polite and knowledgeable with a huge range of beds and mattresses on offer to show us. My sister ordered a base and mattress and I ordered a new mattress. I popped back to the store a few weeks later to measure the depth of the base and the young lady remembered me. Makes any customer feel valued. Delivery on time with a good delivery team. Well done.

Staff were friendly

Great Service
I went in with my partner, a typically defensive customer suspecting all sales people to wear metaphorical masks. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. No pressure, just advice when asked. I'd recommend anyone to go to the Exeter store.

The perfect sales experience
We had a pretty good idea of the mattress we wanted before we arrived, but our sales assistant, Rhys, was on hand to offer specifications and advice that helped finalise our selection. Always available, but never pushy, the perfect balance 👍
Overall it was an enjoyable, low pressure, purchasing experience. Now we just wait for delivery 😁
