We bought a bed, headboard & mattress from Bensons 3 1/2 year ago, and whilst the bed & headboard are still in a very good condition, the mattress’s topper was not. There was no problem with having the mattress replaced after it was checked by their technicians. We are very happy with our new mattress and with the ease of having it replaced.

Ordered a Bergen 3-door wardrobe in white from the Farnborough store and waited 5 weeks for delivery. The item was delivered as a self assembly, which we were expecting, but different parts of the wardrobe were in different colours to what was ordered. The Farnborough store was helpful in explaining next steps, which were to send photos of the issue. A collection was arranged and a replacement, which I was led to believe was for a week later.

I didn’t receive a message on a delivery slot, so phoned the morning of the collection, to find out that the collection had been ordered for a month later.

Customer services were only able to bring this forward by a couple of weeks, so I would still have to have the incorrect item for 3 weeks before it could be collected and 5 weeks (on top of the 5 I’d already waited) for the replacement to be delivered.

As I have also had issues with a bed delivery prior to this, unfortunately I no longer have trust in Bensons For Beds, which is a shame, as the delivery teams have been excellent. Something in the process is going wrong between the point of purchase and the delivery and unfortunately, the long wait times aren’t worth the hassle of dealing with issues.

Information for delivery was excellent. Delivery guys good. Unfortunately the manual electrical buttons don't & there is a problem closing the ottoman bed!
Benson were updated & a new delivery date was provided but, it should not have been a problem if the bed was pre-tested/checked

From start to finish I found the staff really helpful with no pressure to buy! The delivery drivers were fantastic and have only ever had good experience with Bensons when we have needed a bed, thank you

Richard explained the purchase process, the different mattress options, provided quotations, allowed us to ask questions which were addressed. There was no pressure to sign any paperwork. Communication through out the process from order to delivery. The delivery team were extremely respectful of our home. Thank you.

I went back to the store to find the same salesman i had brought a fold out couch from 2 months ago as his service was exceptional. I received the same level of service again while choosing a bed with him. Delivery was quick and efficient with regular phone calls from the driver to update me and delivery service met the exceptional service I recieved in store. The bed is exactly right for our room with plenty storage and Ive had my best nights sleep ever on our new mattress

Great bed, lm not rolling of edges, old mattress was according to bs std 30 hrs old

Nasim was very polite when we ordered our Bed back in Feb, we were due to move to our new property in the March but unfortunately the chain collapsed so our bed order had to be pushed back. Nasim was patient and showed us real empathy, she really went out of her way and communication was spot on. She kindly managed to postpone delivery until Sept and the 2 gents arrived yesterday who delivered & assembled our new bed were spot on, very tidy & polite. All round a very positive experience & would not hesitate recommending you to friends & family. Thankyou :)

I had a very positive experience at Bensons for Beds in Farnborough. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. They listened to what I was looking for and provided useful advice without making me feel pressured. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would happily recommend the store.

The Bensons for beds team were by very polite and efficient. Theykept us updated as to when the delivery was due to arrive, another update to say delivery within the next half hour. Very friendly . I found the whole experience of shopping with Bensons from show room staff to delivery crew amazing.
