Nasim in Farnborough gate was wonderful, friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. She knew exactly what she was talking about, gave us plenty of options, time to test lots of beds and listened to our needs. She stayed after store time to finish our order and was really helpful explaining the process of ordering, delivery and payment plans. She is a star!

The whole experience of buying a new mattress from Bensons for bed was fantastic. Alex the Salesman in the store was excellent. He understood what we were looking for, showed us options and even advised us not to buy a more expensive mattress, because of potential issues getting it into our house. We were extremely happy with his care and attention. Mattress now delivered and is perfect!!

We were impressed by the quality and range of products. Then we received excellent service (from Nesim in the Farnborough store) who listened then explained all the options and worked hard to find the best deal to meet our requirements. Finally we were impressed by the customer care and attention to detail in the benson’s sales process. Highly recommend. Hopefully the Staples mattresses that we have purchased will be perfect for us.

In the last week we visit to your Farnborough store at that time one of your staff Tina help us recent offer and everything what we want to know and the product we choose explain about that one as well and we have told her on that time that will be back once we take the measurement of our room, then I go back on this weekend Saturday and she help me out for the finance schedule and I’m very happy the service she gave us once again, thank you Tina for your help and kindness

My mattress became faulty after 4 years and after a quick call to customer services I was offered the full value back to spend in-store on a new one. The team in the store were very good and I have ordered a new mattress. The whole process was very easy and smooth.

The service from Alexander as First Class. My only concern was that there were only two Members of Staff in the Store , and a queue of Customers behind us waiting to be served for a long time. I am not sure if any business would have been lost with people not waiting. My Wife and I were lucky ..........

The mattress has collapsed on both edges and where you sleep has dropped down along way, which is surprising as we are both only 57kg each. The mattress is only one year old.
My previous lasted for 16 years !!

Scammed by a Woman in their Farnborough shop. When received, they wouldn't trade or refund, even less options than if I had bought online. They are no good and don't even try to be. Stay away from this shop.

Staff were excellent

The salesman, Keafer, was super knowledgable and genuinely keen to ensure I picked the right bed for me. He was also great at finding the best options for me based on my house moving timeline and my budget. No pressure selling, just a really informed individual who could answer any question! Super excited for my bed to be delivered!

The lady called Nasim who showed me the type of bed I wanted and told me about the drawer options! Then as I had no idea what type of mattress I needed she showed me to the specially designed system that helps you feel what sort of mattress you need and showed me the type of mattress I'd picked out in the test!
The way she explained everything right down to the delivery was excellent I couldn't of asked for a better person to help me to decide on what was right for me!

We had a problem with our previous bed purchase after 6 years of ownership which started to sag & become uncomfortable. From the first contact in the showroom in Farnborough regarding this problem the process has been seamless, easy and cordial.
Email communication has been excellent, efficient and quick.
The settlement was quick and full with arrangement of replacement easily completed.
Excellent service, cannot be faulted.
