Very helpful knew what I needed no pressure to buy very explanatory pretty satisfied

Once we decided which mattress we liked the salesman was very good explaining all about the mattress, details that we needed to know with regards to what mattress was made of, delivery etc.
Overall very helpful.

We received an exceptional service from Karen in your Team Valley branch, nothing was too much trouble and the number of times we changed our minds made no difference to the service we received. I would like to say that Karen deserves recognition as if we received bad service we would complain so it needs to be highlighted when someone goes above and beyond

Great experience in store. Very helpful assistant. Spent a lot of time working out which bedroom furniture to buy to match the bed we've already got. Assistant talked through all the options and we can't wait for thr new furniture to arrive for my sons room.

I've yet to take delivery of my new mattress but thought I needed to give a review as I was so impressed with the service in store.
Sales lady was very knowledgeable and very patient. Talked me through all the different types of mattresses/pillows but did not try to pressure me into buying, even suggested that I come back at a later date with my other half for a second opinion. Lovely lady, very helpful, would not hesitate to purchase from this store again.

The staff allowed us to look around the shop with out pressure which made a big impression, the staff were available as soon as we wanted advice on buying a bed, the sales person who help us was so friendly and polite which made a big impact on us purchasing a bed.

Our second mattress from this company, only had one night on the mattress, so far good.

My husband and i were looking for a new bed and having purchased our last bed several years ago went back to Bensons for Beds. We were not disappointed. Andrew was the consultant who was very knowledgeable about beds/mattresses. With his experience he made the process very easy and we came away very happy with our new purchase and hopefully when it is delivered in a few weeks, will be just as happy.
