Went in seen a bed we liked but didn’t like the price, came back an hour later, got a £100 off happy days

Staff were attentive but not pushy and provided excellent customer service. Ordering was straightforward and hassle free. Great range of mattresses to choose from. An overall enjoyable experience!

I can not praise Andrew in the Team Valley branch highly enough, he listened to all my needs and concerns and explained all the pros and cons of the mattresses, this helped me choose (eventually) the mattress which suited me.

Rather limited range of beds in the Blyth store so was advised to go to the Gateshead store which was much better and had wider selection. Staff at both stores were friendly and helpful

We were treated with great respect from the moment we entered the store and the lady we spoke to talked us through all aspects of our purchase. Her advice was excellent and we look forward to receiving our new bed.

Once we decided which mattress we liked the salesman was very good explaining all about the mattress, details that we needed to know with regards to what mattress was made of, delivery etc.

We received an exceptional service from Karen in your Team Valley branch, nothing was too much trouble and the number of times we changed our minds made no difference to the service we received. I would like to say that Karen deserves recognition as if we received bad service we would complain so it needs to be highlighted when someone goes above and beyond
