Excellent service. Great delivery by the two lads. Very pleased with the furniture for what we paid for it. Would definitely recommend Bensons.

From ordering in store staff were amazing, they kept me up to date with delivery times could even track where the delivery was and they came on time they said 2 minutes past 8 and they were bang on. The two guys who assembled the bed and tele were professional and cautious and took all packaging away would definitely recommend.

Friendly, helpful service by Jan in the Team Valley branch. Super quick delivery and the delivery lads were brilliant. Can’t wait to get into bed tonight!

First time customer (bought new iGel mattress; iGel mattress protector & 2 x Dunlopillo(s)) with Bensons for Beds and I cannot praise them highly enough - GOLD Stars all round, from Paul in the Gateshead shop to the Delivery Drivers (Lee especially). Honestly, a FIRST-CLASS outstanding customer service. Paul spent a lot of time with me in discussing and trying out several mattresses, and answering my many, many questions. He was extremely courteous, unfailingly polite and could not have been more helpful, whilst, I stress here, nil pressure to purchase any of their products. His expert knowledge on all things Beds was second to none and it was on the information supplied by him, that I went ahead and made my purchases, knowing I was in very good hands and would not be let down by this firm. It was quite an expensive purchase but I benefitted from the 25% off end May Bank Hol discount - YEAH! Paul also kept me informed at every stage and I am currently a full week into my new iGel nanotech 3001 mattress, which, up to now, is everything Paul said it would be and more: extremely comfortable and highly suitable for arthritis sufferers (previous mattress was a Hypnos). The Delivery drivers could not have been more helpful and highly respected my home: mattress was wrapped-up really well, to keep it clean, and the guys removed and took away all the packaging. I end this Review by saying that I cannot in all seriousness recommend Bensons for Beds highly enough, and if you are currently looking around for a new bed etc., I would not hesitate in saying to look no further than Bensons - you will NOT be disappointed, at any stage.

The saleswoman listened to our needs and then showed us three different options, from that we chose the mattress we wanted to purchase.1

Knowledgeable sales person.Andrew was very helpful. Bed delivered when said. The driver and his assistant were extremely careful carrying the bed up the stairs past the stairlift so as not to damage wallpaper or paintwork. Satisfactory job all round.

All went very smoothly from ordering to delivering. I was contacted 2 days before delivery with a time slot. The guys who delivered phoned me 1 hour before arriving, they were friendly and professional the base was assembled by one of the guys who also instructed me how to take care of the base.

E mailed multiple times since Monday 11/5/26 automated reply’s… no customer service response!! 😡

As previously said Benson‘s sales people are fantastic, good at their job, not too pushy securing sales is definitely what they are best at…
However beware when a problem or query is requested, don’t expect a reply in a hurry, it would seem sales are more important than customer after care. 😔
Their last reply was they were addressing the issue.… Still no response! 🤷‍♀️

We visited the store just to check the beds with not the intent to buy on the same day but Andrew was so good with his pitch and convinced us and helped us in making the right decision.He was also kind enough to let us test different mattresses before making a buy.

Salesman Andrew really attentive to our families needs. He was patient with changes we needed to make. He ultimately had an issue with one of the orders and was genuinely disappointed with the outcome but he remained focused on what we needed and resolved the issues. The order went over the closing time of the store, and the staffs finish time, but he and his colleagues remained at work to conclude the order, this is the customer service we wanted and received, thank you

From staff in the shop to the delivery staff they all had brilliant friendly attitude towards me and my partner and couldn't be anymore helpful.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as the go to place for mattresses and beds. From browsing in the showroom initially and being professionally advised by Paul to the correct mattress for my medical condition. Placed our order,the communication for our delivery date and logistics team on the scheduled delivery day, to approximate allocated time slot was excellent.
