My wife and myself had a great experience with Benson’s at their Metrocentre/Gateshead branch and it was all thanks to Angela. From the moment we wondered into the store, Angela made us feel completely at ease, she was so friendly, warm and welcoming. We found that she was excellent on all levels from her customer facing attributes, through to the knowledgeability of the product range, experience and more importantly the understanding of our specific requirements.
We were never pressurized in the slightest, she was genuinely caring and want us to have the right bed and not making a sale. We did make our choice, we walked-in for one and left with two. That in its self is testament not just to Angela but also the quality of the beds. We honestly couldn’t recommend Angela at Bensons highly enough - she’s an absolute credit to the store.
Hopefully the manufacturing, delivery and installation of the beds will go swimmingly well, which will allow me to write a glowing review for those to, “Watch This Space”, Angela has set the bench mark!

Sales service buy Ken was excellent give all relevant information and the delivery buy stew and lee was excellent again took mattress up the stairs no problems and and the same with the recycled mattress definitely recommend Benson

Not pounced on when you enter the store. We knew what we wanted and Martin then approached we asked advice and didn't get shown the most expensive item well we have experienced this no hovering martin gave good advice and we did settle on what we wanted. Smooth transaction and a good discount. There is a no to finance questions as we told Martin we were cash.

Staff were very helpful.
Delivery men were efficient and checked to make sure I was happy that the bed had been installed and set up correctly.
They arrived on time and phoned ahead to give me a more accurate and precise time.

Excellent service from start to finish. From initially choosing and ordering the products in the Team Valley store. The friendly team were both knowledgeable and approachable.
The delivery lads Stew and Liam were extremely professional. They were on time and showed careful consideration for my home whilst delivering the bed base, mattress and headboard.

We recieved an excellent beducation from Andrew, he assessed our needs using the technology available and took us through our available options. He's a great salesman and wasn't pushy at all. He didn't even suggest finance, we mentuoned it and he took us through the whole process, not once did we feel like he was trying to push us.

If only I had been a week later
Bought a mattress from them,
very friendly staff, happy & polite,
I bought the mattress and the same week they had a sale and I could have got the same deal for £600 instead of £1000.
It would have been nice to have been informed of that coming sale and I could have saved some more money,
