Delivery was at the agreed time . Great care was taken not to damage any of my household items when bringing the bed indoors.i arranged for the old mattress and base to be removed and this was carried out without any issues. All the packaging was removed and taken away.

This is not the first time I have bought a bed from yourselves over the last 10 years and also with my son when Andrew attended to us then. Excellent customer service
It was our second visit in that store on Team-Valley. Immediately after entering , we were warmly welcomed by the store staff. The store staff offered us help and information about products we were interested in. Andrew (one of shop staff) was very kind and helpful in choosing the right product that met our expectations.
