Lesley at the store in Glasgow was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and made sure we knew what type of mattress we wanted before leaving us to chose which one to take.

It was beneficial to be able to try out mattresses and the wide range of bed frames.
Once we had decided on our purchases, Neil couldn’t have been more helpful with his knowledge and advice.

From the moment I stepped in the door there was no pressure from the sales team. When I did ask for advice, Amy was amazing, she took me through all my options and was amazing at coming up with exactly what I wanted. Arrangements for delivery where simple, Amy gave clear instructions as to the process and the date I could expect my bed.
