Good store
From going into the store, staff were pleasant and not too pushy. We were allowed to look around and try what we wanted. We decided on a slumberland mattress (not cheap). Delivery date was good, BUT, we were disappointed on charges. Perhaps naive but buying an £1100 mattress then being charged £50 to deliver, we thought a bit mean. We did get a discount, but delivery and removal charges of old mattress outweighed this. Can't fault the experience. Just the management....

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Sales people acknowledge you and ask if you would like help but leave you to browse and then check on you which is what we liked. Great amount of beds and mattresses to choose from in a very inviting environment and very knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend.

Steve was amazing and very helpfull
Steve was excellent and a great helped and was very knowledgeable he went above and beyond to answer questions and find us our perfect matresses he showed us different options and advised about wot would suit us ect and his knowledge and customer service skills were above and beyond a truly great team member for the Gloucester branch all the staff were smiley and helpful and steve was very very helpful hopefully when the matress arrives all goes well and we get a good sleep for years to come

We have always used Bensons for beds and will continue to do so. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products, they listen to what the customer wants and then offer advice and show products suitable for them. I would never go anywhere else

From purchasing the bed to delivery, everything went smoothly. Being able to track the delivery and the phone call from the delivery drivers beforehand was ideal.

Not a trustworthy retailer
So on Saturday the price for a mattress was 599, 3 days later exactly same mattress moved to 799 so that they could say they were discounting for Black Friday just another example of how retailers try to manipulate the consumer. You cannot trust this retailer. Just be honest with us your consumers

Good experience
Personable, helpful and questioning how sleep, side, back etc encouraged to try range of mattresses and reminded ones in store broken in so will feel but different at home. Clear to check what type of base would go and how would alter feel.

Good service
The comms and updates is generally well thought through. Only caveat is I had a message for me to rate the quality of the mattress well before (weeks) it was delivered.
After purchasing the mattress we realised that we could get it cheaper online, so we called and got the money back on the discount.
Time will tell if the mattress works out, but so far it’s great.

The lady member of staff we first met was very helpful in matching our needs for a bed with natural materials.?
