As soon as we walked in to the store, we were greeted by a friendly welcome. We had the option of just looking around by ourselves or having help. As we knew what we were looking for we opted for the latter. Cameron helped us identify the type of mattress we were looking for and showed us a variety without pushing us towards a particular one. He was knowledgable about each one and able to describe the make up and aftercare of them which helped in our decision making. We had time by ourselves to try them as often as we wanted. His explanation of what the store could offer was very clear and the cost of each bit. The only downside is the length of time for delivery- 4 weeks.

A true asset to your company. The experience at Hamilton store is always a pleasant one. The store is lovely and clean and has good offers. My Mum dealt with two other gentlemen earlier in the week, one named Cameron, who was so helpful and also provided a 5 star service. Thanks to the Hamilton staff. Will recommend to all.

Big Allen was excellent, understood my medical needs, and advised me 100% on the type of mattress I required. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new bed/mattress. Give us great advice on the finance also. Would have been nice to give us a couple of free pillows with the price of the bed and mattress we are purchasing.
