Staff very experienced helpful informative got me exactly what wanted.Could not have had such a delightful experience.

Great experience and very friendly but not your typical salesman very informative, i have a sore back from my old matress so took me to a bed which could tell what matress would help me. I had 2 young children with me and Allan was amazing with them chatting away to them and was very patient espically since my boy has ADHD and Autism.

Cameron was extremely helpful with lots of knowledge and experience he made the experience of selecting a bed more relaxing and gave me lots of options to chose

As soon as we walked in we we're given a moment to look around and then greeted by a member of staff who was friendly and informative. Bozena took us through the process and explained everything to us while doing a test to see what mattress would suit us best etc.

They kept cancelling the delivery date stating that the order was not in stock and they took ages to refund me. I will never use this company again. They lied to me about waiting time on furniture. Shambles.

Alan made the purchase simple and efficient answering any questions we had promptly, we look forward to receiving the delivery

We had a great service when buying our guest bed. Our attendant Bozena was very helpful and new exactly what we needed. Also very fast on doing all the paperwork. Now is just wait for the delivery.

My bed was meant to be delivered on the 1st of October 2024, got an email saying it will be delayed until 7th of October 2024, didn't think I'll have this problem going into shop and ordering the bed on 19th of September. A bit disappointed as had everything planned and a day off.
