Allan made us feel welcome the moment we arrived in-store. We were provided with just enough information that we needed and the. afforded the freedom to browse, answering all our questions when asked. We never felt under any pressure or hard sell. Shop ambience and layout, friendly, helpful staff that showed empathy to my wife and I. Took a lot of time and patience to show / demonstrate the different models of mattress, beds and headboards. BIG Al was so helpful encouraging us to ask questions and lay on the beds / mattresses. He also explained in detail the financing options. I am a 72 year old army veteran with PTSD and BIG Al was amazing
