would not recommend anyone to buy from this company we a bought bed and mattress from them on 7th may cost of £2950 they told us 3 week delivery we went away on 4th June while we were away they gave us delivery date but we were not there so arranged delivery for the 2nd of July they told me that i would have to remove old bed as they would not deliver unless room was clear so late afternoon on 1st July i took old bed to dump at 5-30 they e-mailed me to say delivery has been changed to 10th so now we have no bed at all i called customer services to find out why as they had already told me my bed was there one week earlier she informed me that they sold my mattress as they had no room in there warehouse but one was on order for me on the 10th that was my mattress that i had paid for they sold and left me without a bed i find this verry bad practice and customer services could not care less it is not right for them to sell something that i had already paid for and not inform me until 12 hours before delivery and leave me with no bed they offered to give me a camp bed until mine arrived or £49 compensation which i found quite insulting i then demanded refund i must say the staff in the store were verry good and helpful but this does not carry on to deliveries or customer services which leave a lot to be desired

Hamza greeted us at the door and offered his help to choose a mattress for my Mum.
He showed her all the mattresses on offer and was patient whilst she tested them out.
He didn't rush her and ensured she was happy with her choice before purchasing. He ran through all terms and conditions and made sure she understood everything.

The assistant was very informative, from walking in and showing us what we wanted to purchase took less than 5 minutes.

Was served by a wonderful young man at the Harlow branch called Jay, he was a very helpful and polite with helpful advice.

From the minute I walked into the showroom I was treated with the utmost respect. The salesman was patient and very was helpful, answering every question I asked him. He couldn’t do enough to help me chose the mattress that would suit my needs. Would definitely recommend that branch of Benson beds.

Jay, the member of staff that helped me, was excellent. Answered all of the questions that I had and was very helpful and professional.
