Can’t find one bad thing to say, Martin and staff at the Hastings branch were very helpful and understanding they didn’t pressure or over sell friendly, helpful, knowledgeable made the whole experience of choosing and buying a new bed very comfortable experience thank you guys really appreciated all your help from start to finish.

Professional, Courteous and Friendly
From the time I entered the shop, Martin made me feel listened to and provided excellent customer service. The bed and mattress arrived exactly when promised and set up in a trice. The gentlemen who delivered the mattress were friendly, courteous and professional. The bed itself is even better than I had hoped.

In safe hands choosing a mattress
Adam was so knowledgeable. First he asked questions to find out what our needs were. That narrowed it down to 6 mattresses. Then we tried them all. We went round a few time. Adam would answer all questions and was so helpful. We can’t recommend Adam and Bensons For Beds enough.

Friendly helpful staff
One of the staff members asked if I needed help, I told him which type of bed that I wanted and price range & he showed me the 2 beds on display & said I will leave you to it but ask if you need any help, I like that not being pestered. I decided which one & sorted the colour too.
