Garry & John, Bensons Beds.
Garry and John did a perfect job in delivering and assembling our new super kingsize bed, 2 zip link mattresses and headboard to our apartment on the 7th floor, they also removed our old kingsize divan and matteress. Both are very polite and considerate employees. Many thanks for a trouble free experience

Mattress
The delivery and attention in the store were good. But the mattress doesn't convince me, I don't know if I would recommend it. Although he claims to be firm, he is soft. Unfortunately by factory default I had to change the previous one for a different one since it was discontinued. The truth is that I am not happy.

Six months delivery for bed and mattresses!!!
Ordered Tempur bed and mattresses in March.
Delivery date changed four times.
Received email saying they had arrived and waiting for delivery.
Received phone call saying only one mattress had arrived and the whole order would have to start again.
New delivery date is now September!!!

Amazing customer service
Our bed specialist was perfect in showing us exactly what we needed at what budget we was looking for.
We wanted a payment plan of 3 years and managed to do this with 0% APR.
Both very much looking forward to our new bed!

The Salesman we dealt with asked us clear questions and lisened to our answers before attepting to show us the matresses he then let us try several that he felt fitted our breif giving some back ground to the products Not once were we pushed into a purchase
