I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks to Paul and Visaal for their fantastic assistance in helping me find the perfect Mattress. I went to the store to find a suitable mattress as I had just completed on the purchase on my property and was without a bed for the night. Paul was great in finding this for me. He was also able to locate me a pillow, mattress protector, bed care kit and a duvet all for an amazing price.

His expertise and patience made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I'm truly grateful for his guidance and excellent service. He turned a very stressful day into a great one. My sleep has been exceptionally comfortable every night since. Thank you Paul. You are a credit to Bensons beds.

I visited the High Wycombe branch as I was in the area and wanted to get an idea of beds. I was welcomed by Paul who talked through the different types of beds and mattress. Although High Wycombe isn’t my local branch, once I had moved in I then revisited to buy the beds and mattress, Paul was very helpful and knowledgeable and was very patient even when I was very indecisive. The main reason I picked Bensons for beds and the High Wycombe branch was because of how helpful Paul was.
