After visiting several stores, Benson’s focused on our specific requirements and budget, the salesman (Paul) at High Wycombe was very knowledgeable and attentive.

Really knowledgeable salesman, patient with us while we choose even though the shop was closing.

We received a friendly greeting from Paul, staff member, on walking through the door of the store.
Paul asked us how he could help us and listened to our response. He then showed us to various products and answered our many queries knowledgeably.

Fantastic experience with a man who knew what we needed and thinned the field to show us our options. We weren't planning to buy on the day but Paul's approach was fantastic and helped us make a tricky purchase simple. We'll be back for that King mattress.

We were very impressed with the service. From the moment we went to the shop to the delivery of the items. The lady that served us was very helpful considering that the shop was closing when we arrived. She was very informative of the products. The delivery people were very careful of the property. We had purchased a mattress from Bensons about 4 years ago, and then a few of the springs had come though the inner lining. Spoke to customer service and they sorted out the warranty claim real quick whilst on the phone, sent them some pictures and they agreed to replace and put notes against old order number on system. Had to go to store to organise and went to High Wycombe branch where we got Excellent service from the manager Ricky, he knew his stuff and helped us out with the replacement. Due to a system issue couldn’t sort then as it was a Sunday and needed customer service to sort, but he called back next day as promised with the order all sorted. Can’t fault the service or Ricky’s excellent assistance, great to see good customer service and worth highlighting as far too often people only review when poor and overlook the good. Thanks Ricky and Bensons, keep up the good service.
