Well worth the trip down to Benson for Beds
I original went to Benson for a Simba mattress. But they didn't offer the support for my back and knee that I was looking for. Lyba, the sleep expert recommended Sealy Posturepedic Mattress, a medium one, as firm one might be to much of a change from the soft mattress I'm using at the moment. I was very impressed with her expertise for what I was like looking for. And it was the right choice to go down to the showroom to test out the mattresses for myself. And the recycling is an added bonus well worth taking out. I would definitely recommend Benson for Beds to family and friends.

I decided to buy a new mattress at Benson as they offered a better deals and the sales assistant Lyba explained what would suit my needs best as I have recently had knee surgery and needed a mattress that offers better support. I was very happy with her detailed knowledge of what would best suit me. I had originally gone in to buy a Simba mattress, but they didn't offer much support. Lyba the sales assistant suggested the Sealy range. I chose Benson also because they also do a recycling of your old mattress. And if after 49 night the mattress isn't suitable, I can change it to firmer mattress. Also I discussed it with my sister and she said I needed to go in store to test out mattresses. And she was so right.

Right from our first conversation with your salesman in the Huddersfield shop (who's name I have forgotten) through to the on-time delivery our experience has been excellent. The salesman was a really helpful friendly guy. We were kept informed on a regular basis of delivery dates and the bed arrived as scheduled.
All in all, unusually good service in this day and age, thank you.

It was Liam who we delt with what a fantastic guy. He talked us through things giving us advice. He didn't push us at all or push us to spend loads. we tried a few mattresses etc then he gave us time to talk and decide what we wanted to do. Yes we could of gone somewhere else and got one cheaper from a budget place. But we wanted Quality and we've picked a really nice one and Liam was so helpful and nice we just can't wait for 3 weeks to pass until we get it. Liam said any problems get intouch. Other places can fob you off but he was great and a credit to the company.
