Excellent service
Right from our first conversation with your salesman in the Huddersfield shop (who's name I have forgotten) through to the on-time delivery our experience has been excellent. The salesman was a really helpful friendly guy. We were kept informed on a regular basis of delivery dates and the bed arrived as scheduled.
All in all, unusually good service in this day and age, thank you.

I went in not knowing what we wanted only a small double and storag. Mark in the he Huddersfield store explained our options did the matress test and went through every bit of information without being pushy for the sale.

Mark was v good explained the different bed types but I knew what I wanted so it was easy. Liked the package on offer and purchased it. Pleased with the discounts.

Went to bensons with a few ideas.
It was Liam who we delt with what a fantastic guy. He talked us through things giving us advice. He didn't push us at all or push us to spend loads. we tried a few mattresses etc then he gave us time to talk and decide what we wanted to do. Yes we could of gone somewhere else and got one cheaper from a budget place. But we wanted Quality and we've picked a really nice one and Liam was so helpful and nice we just can't wait for 3 weeks to pass until we get it. Liam said any problems get intouch. Other places can fob you off but he was great and a credit to the company.

Purchasing the bed was an easy helpful experience, however cancelling the purchase is proving to be difficult.
The store can’t do the refund and customer services are not very helpful.
