We had the choice of two bed retailers…
We had the choice of two bed retailers next door to each other, which should we go into first? We went to the one on the right, Bensons! Walking through the door we were met with a smile from Mark who asked if we wanted look around or did we have an idea of what we wanted. We knew exactly what we wanted and Mark immediately took us looking at mattresses - and had me testing the ones that fitted my request. Mark sensed that didn't want to spend ages looking at beds and mattresses and went at our speed, giving advise and general good wit! Needless to say we didn't go next door, we found what we wanted at a fair price at Bensons and had no need to go anywhere else. We agreed a convenient delivery date for 2 weeks later (Easter got in the way). The communication from Bensons and their team from Mark through to the delivery guys has been a delight. Highly recommend

Both my wife and myself were suffering…
Both my wife and myself were suffering with back pain. We were shown via the pressure contact sensing bed which firmness was best for each of us and we found a happy medium. No hard sell, just good advice and the mattress sold itself...unfortunately the most expensive sold itself but it's the best money we've spent in a very long time! Bernie who looked after us was 5 stars
