Amazing!!! Lovely staff in the Huddersfield branch so quick and easy to choose pay and arrange delivery - 3 delivery guys just lovely!!! Professional nice and just genuine!!! Put the bed up within an hour all rubbish taken away!! Will definitely be ordering another 2 beads!!!

Staff were welcoming & knowledgeable
Staff were welcoming, patient and knowledgeable, without any pushy sales pitch, which we really appreciated.
Various options and offers were given and a quote, making it easy for us to do comparisons and budget checks.
Shopping and decision making are not our strong points so great that this ended up a positive experience.

Delay in delivery arriving
Delay in delivery arriving. Lack of communication, promised call back in regards to my order. Had to deal with incompetent staff members. They lack communication amongst their colleagues and orders stay stagnant until you action it yourself. I would not buy from this company again as they hold minimal stock and order directly from French suppliers. Upon receiving I assessed stock codes and with the help of Google, I found the same products bensons sell from their supplier. So I know where I will be going from now on
