Another hassle free experience with Bensons for Beds in Huntingdon! Store staff and delivery team were fantastic, totally polite and professional from start to finish! Communication is excellent, information given was full and informative. We are returning customers and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The delivery lads, Paul & Graham were brilliant! Old mattress was taken away and the new one fitted - all packing materials were taken away. Thank you to store and delivery staffs for a wonderful experience!

Its like sleeping in a hotel
Benson's made mattress choosing great fun. We laid on a computerised mattress. This told us the type of firmness. So choosing was easy. The delivery was trouble free. They called to tell us when they would arrive. Brought in the mattress and laid it down, then they took away the old one. Brilliant....so happy with our slumberland mattress - i feel like I am sleeping in a hotel..

Very helpful staff.But not all was good.
Very helpful staff nothing was too much trouble.Booked my delivery date and kept me informed and was delivered on time like promised couldn’t fault the service.Once unpackaged the bed things didn’t go to plan.
1-Bolt missing from the headboard.
2-Bolts supplied for the wooden feet was too long.
3-Tools supplied to put bed together was useless.
4-The support crossbar bar had a cut out for them to slot together that never fitted had to file some of the metal away to get to fit flush.
Had to go buy some bolts and a file to finish the job.Very frustrating.Shame my experience was let down by quality control.I can honestly say I wouldn’t recommend bensons for beds or use them again myself.But I am pleased with my bed.

Tony - one of the salespeople at Huntingdon's Bensons branch - was especially helpful and personable. We liked the choice of beds/headboards and price ranges available - and quickly found the one that was right for us. Overall it was a good purchasing experience and would happily recommend the outlet and salespeople to others.

Not a good delivery experience
I have given 3 stars as my experience in store was very good but unfortunately very let down with delivery. Two man delivery who walked through my bedroom leaving muddy footprints all over the carpet. Also one of the delivery guys appeared to not care about bashing into items in my home.

Excellent service and knowledge of mattresses by Tony the store manager who was polite and in no way a pushy salesman. He talked us through the options as we wanted a bespoke matress for different weights and we found exactly what we needed.
