We were served by a woman called Jackie in the Inverness branch excellent service left us too it, gave us help when we needed it didn’t push us in to anything. Made the purchase more than easy too can’t recommend her enough!!

Great selection
The staff at the Inverness branch were great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Grant’s advice was really helpful. What we liked was we were able to try the beds on our own without pushy sales staff. We bought our last bed from Bensons for Beds 15 years ago which we have loved which is way we bought our new bed from them again.

Great purchase and experience
Ordered bed when on offer and was happy with price and payment options. From outset they set realistic expectations about delivery and were clear on delivery date. Received a few confirmation re day of delivery. Was very lucky to be the last on the list so arrived after my work finished. As promised the delivery team called half an hour away and were very good with the delivery. Really nice guys. In my move to a new house/area this was the most successful purchase and delivery experience! Thanks Bensons!

Bed was delivered exactly on the date/time promised. No delays unlike another Inverness company opposite KFC! Delevery team very friendly, helpful and again exactly on time. Delighted with the bed quality and very easy to put together. All in all highly recommended
