Very knowledgeable about the different type of beds .
We knew what type of mattress we wanted and he advised us on the ones we were interested in.

Today we were treated by a very pleasant and warming sales assistant Jay. Not pushy very informative on what mattress to choose, would recommend her

Great service - bought single mattress. Very helpful

Sofa bed was beautiful colour. Not slept on yet but reasonably comfy to sit on.
Delivery was a little disappointing as the men told me they were only supposed to have deliveries to bungalows on Fridays. ( my sofa bed was to go upstairs) They then said pictures should have come off my stair walls and refused to unpack the item.
I had not been informed previously that they would not be unpacking as this would have been at extra considerable cost.
However, they did put on shoe protectors and I only had to put on the legs on the bed once it was out of the box. So all in all happy with the outcome so far.

The sales man was very professional ask me what I was looking for and my price range, he, showed me the options helped me choose a mattress for my bed found me a delivery date and was altogether very pleasant

i knew from start to finish that i could trust bensons for beds in getting the correct bed & mattress to which suited our needs & by having the brilliant staff who took their time with us going through every detail & a very fair price . we was in no way pushed or hurried into buying something that would not be of any use to us in the long run,so the whole shopping experience was very good , delivery is due in a few weeks time so hopefully all will go as smoothly as the shopping trip & more importantly a good , restful nights sleep 😴.
