The Sales Assistant (Jay) was very informative and really couldn’t have done any more for us. We would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds on this basis

Disappointing experience
When in the store all went well, really kind service and all seemed good. Unfortunately we were misled on delivery options, resulting in us being without a bed following moving house. Then, when we tried to contact customer service they were unhelpful and dismissive and failed to call back at the times that I stated I would be available for.

Great Customer Service
We were given time to wander around the showroom. The sales assistant was on hand to answer our questions and encouraging us to try out the beds for comfort. He was very helpful with information and pricing; we felt very happy buying our bed from Bensons.
