Mattresses from Bensons For Beds
Bensons For Beds were good at letting us look/try different mattresses and providing useful detailed information about the various products. When we had made our decision the staff were organised and efficient during the purchase process. I would highly recommend this retailer.

Ignored
Walked into the store in Ipswich . Was standing at a bed we wanted to buy for 15 mins while there was colleagues gathered around a desk chatting amongst themselves .Other customers came into the shop and was approached straight away,Eventually someone us and we was able to purchase a bed.

Staff could have been more helpful
The bed choosing experience was ok. The staff not very helpful, lack of wanting to discuss my bed needs. With a bit of direction, I would have probably gone for a better quality mattress & a slightly larger bed (queen) but I felt they wanted to sell me the 1st bed I looked at.
